When I first arrived at Dr. Dilliard's office I was in a lot of pain. The staff was very sympathetic and nice. It has been nearly 2 years now and my pain is gone and i can walk again! I am so thankful for Dr. Dilliard and his staff.

Dr. Dilliard and his team are phenomenal. In an age of hustle and bustle, I am continually impressed by how they truly take the time to listen and discuss your progress. My pain, posture, and anxiety have all greatly improved since receiving care at this practice. I recommend this practice to everyone!

I was always nervous about chiropractors.. Something about adjusting my neck and back freaked me out. But I've been going to Dr. Dilliard's for about a year and I wish I'd started sooner. The staff is knowledgeable and nice and Dr. Dilliard takes the time to explain stretching and nutrition and a lot more than just an adjustment. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about Dr. Dilliard. His office is clean and neat, his staff is friendly and well trained, and his prices are very reasonable for the level of service that you get. The best part is that he genuinely cares about his patients and he makes a great effort to convey this. He will always remember your family's names and what was going on with you last time you were there.

He will spend as much time on you as you need to get back on your feet literally. If need be he will adjust and massage you until your issue has been largely mitigated then he will send you to Rose for some additional E stim therapy. This is not one of those crack-crack see you later chiropractors. He spends the time and does things right.

The Doctors and Staff here are exceptional and wonderful! I am very thankful someone referred me to them. I’m going on year two now and I have no pain. I am a very dedicated Martial Artist in an organization that tests all limits, and this says a lot since I’ve had new injuries since I started with Dilliard Chiropractic. These Doctors are very skilled and very caring. Before I met them, I was very discouraged and distressed with the main healthcare system. One word describes Dilliard Chiropractic... Oasis.

I've been going to Dilliard Chiropractic for a good while now and have been treated for two car accident injuries that happened four months apart. The staff and doctors are so knowledgeable and great at their jobs! I feel so comfortable going into their office, often with my toddler, who has also been seen by them. They're really great people and I definitely recommend them! :)

I have a Health and Wellness practice which sometimes requires a referral to a Chiropractor. Every client that I have referred to Dr. Dilliard has returned with nothing but good things to say about their treatment and the service they received. It's nice to have someone you can rely on.

I have had more improvements with the help of Dr. dollars than any Dr I have ever had. For any and all ailments. He is the best.

I started with Dr Dilliard a year ago to deal with chronic neck and shoulder pain. My own experience and recovery is amazing. I brought all 3 of my grandboys, my son as well as my daughter and son in law. We all love the staff. They are always gracious and accommodating, especially when the boys have appts. Dr Dilliard is equal parts professional and sensitive to his patients personal needs. I have told several friends and colleagues about Dr D, and hope they seek out chiropractic care with him !

I am honestly so impressed with Dr. Dilliard and his staff that I don't even know where to begin. I rarely write yelp reviews but this chiropractic office truly deserves 5+++ stars! My review will probably not do them justice; I was so amazed by the level of care last weekend because Dr. Dilliard literally got me back on my feet. I have had lower back pain for approximately 7 weeks now, and I went to urgent care in LA about a few weeks go, they took x-rays and told me everything is looking normal. So then I thought that this issue will eventually resolve itself--it couldn't possibly be anything serious since I'm only 24 and have had no injuries. I thought I was getting better until Saturday came along, when I woke up with excruciating lower back pain to the point where I couldn't move/sit/walk because it was too painful. I called his office for a last minute appointment, about an hour before they were closing, and not only did they schedule me to go in but he stayed past closing time to ensure that I have received the level of care I need for the day.

Additionally, he came in on Sunday and Monday, both days in which the office is closed, to adjust me and help me get back on my feet. I had to be back to LA for work on Tuesday and he wanted to make sure I am well enough to survive an 8 hr work shift. I can't iterate enough how genuine, knowledgeable, and caring this man is. While all other doctors were turning me away, Dr. Dilliard was not only able to find the problem but led me on a path to where I can prevent further damage. I am so sad that I have to find another chiropractor because I currently live in LA and was visiting San Diego for the weekend. But I will definitely be visiting his office any time I am in San Diego.

I HIGHLY recommend him if you are seeking a chiropractor for any type of pain because he is extremely knowledgeable, caring, and skilled at his job. Let him work his miracles on you! Your body will thank you later.

Dr. Dilliard and his staff are awesome! I wish that I had gone to him before I had surgery on my neck. He has done wonders for me! I have Fibromyalgia and he manages to relieve some of that pain and that I wonderful. I've had back, neck and shoulder pain for over 30 years and I know that some of it is here for life but they have made it livable. I'm so glad that my cousin gave me his information!

I am not one to write reviews, however the care I have received at Dilliard Chiropractic has changed my life. I am 67 yrs old and have never sought out care with a Chiropractor or that was until I threw out my back last month. The treatment I have received from Dr. Dilliard, Dr.Carp and the rest of the team has been amazing. I feel younger and more agile than I did 20 yrs ago! I literally have no back pain in my lower back and the stiffness in my neck that I attributed to old age is gone! Thank you all for giving back to me a healthy body.

I was extremely apprehensive of chiropractors. My medical doctor actually told me twice I should try before I actually went. I was referred here from a friend. It has been the most pleasant experience. I had extreme lower back pain. Dr. Dilliard made a long term treatment plan for me and was very thorough. Everyone in the office is very friendly. The office was recently remodeled and it looks great. They are ALWAYS on time which is a huge plus for me because I run an very difficult and busy schedule. They are extremely flexible with rescheduling and setting expectations as far as how long each visit will be. I have zero back pain now. This experience has also made me focus a lot on my health and making sure I change the behaviors that caused the pain. I still go for continued adjustments, but it has been such a positive experience that I have began to refer others. They have made me a patient for life!
